Twitter user Pop Alarms compiled this list of the top 10 most buzzed artists of (at least the first) weekend of Coachella, and we couldn't help but to dive in a bit deeper.

Perhaps the most surprising is that Ariana Grande isn't there at the top. She is obviously riding a momentum that seems unparalleled in many ways. Loved by critics and fans alike, it seems everything's coming up Ariana these days.

Her unbelievable vocals paired with her many tribulations in recent years has sparked a superstar that none of us seem to get enough. She was even grazed on stage with an *NSYNC reunion on the first weekend and Justin Bieber announced there's an album coming soon during the second performance.

But apparantly, BLACKPINK caused still more buzz on the socials. Avid RADAR by Promogogo readers will of course already be aware that this was the Korean girl-power-house's first ever full-length concert in America (see more here).

Not only did their dance-moves win over the Coachella crowd, but their charm seemed to win over the other performers as well. Apparently after the Californian double-weekend extravaganza, new members of Blink Nation (their fans call themselves blinks) count Willow and Jaden Smith and their father Will, Khalid, Billie Eilish, Diplo and of course the already mentioned Ariana Grande (see banner photo).

DDU-DU DDU-DU – how fun.

Both of these actually made history at this year's Coachella, Ariana Grande for being only the fourth female after Lady Gaga, Bjork and last year, Beyoncé – and the youngest ever female headliner and BLACKPINK as the first ever all-female Korean group.

Other moments that caused a lot of buzz – when DJ Snake brought out Cardi B and Selena Gomez, and when A$AP Rocky joined Tame Impala on stage for Sundress

The most buzzed artist list is always interesting to us, because it shows that out of the already star-studded line-up and crazy press coverage that follows this influencer heavy festival, what acts are truly standing out to those online.

It's not shocking to see the three big headliners there on the list – and it's nice to see Grammy winner Kacey Musgraves whose acclaim only seems to grow by the minute there as well. But what is so exciting, is when someone is clearly having a moment like BLACKPINK is – and of course everyone's favourite 17-year-old Billie Eilish who's coming off one of the biggest debuts in recent years with When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?

We decided to see which of these artists are on tour, and we'll include those findings below – if you've only been able to get your California Coachella vibes via a phone screen and are excited about the prospect of a more physical experience.

Childish Gambino's has 4 festival dates coming up, including Lollapalooza. Selena Gomez's appearance was very unexpected because she's not been active lately due to taking care of her health. Tierra Whack has 5 dates coming up, two of which are in London!

It's very impressive to see hip-hop artist JPEGmafia on the list as he's still very early in his career. This Baltimorean up-and-comer has 4 UK festival dates booked in and coming up soon.
