With everybody and his brother trying to get tickets to see Hamilton a lot of effort has gone into trying to make sure that those who buy tickets are actually going to go see the show.

Unfortunately a lot of the tickets sold have ended up in the hands of someone determined to make a buck or 900. Not that there's anything wrong with that - unless that someone relies on an army of bots to try to beat the system.

We spend a lot of our time fending off the damn bots - and actually block more requests for tickets as fraudulent than we do get legitimate ones.
