Well, turns out there's a lot of elbow grease that goes into turning a 20k capacity venue from one function to the next.

Wired created these two videos showing an amazing behind the scenes look at the hardworking conversion crew at Barclays Center in Brooklyn New York, turning a concert setup into a basketball field in only eight hours.

The Barclays Center arena is transformed 100 times per year.
