Maybe because the tour is literally called 'No More Tours...', a clever play on Ozzy's 1991 hit, No More Tears. Except it's not just called No More Tours. It's called No More Tours II.
And as wikipedia, the wisdom of all mankind, informed yours truly and now you as well – No More Tours II is Ozzy's second farewell tour.

...and while we would encourage you to get tickets if you're so inclined you know, given that it's his last tour and all, we would feel amiss not to tell you that in 1995 he went on the Retirement Sucks tour. One could only guess that the follow up from No More Tours II would be the Retirement Sucks II tour.... right?
