Music producer Mark Ronson released one of the most exciting albums of the year so far, the dripping with post-breakup blues and a different collaborator on every song (more or less), Late Night Feelings. It's a quirk, I guess of releasing albums as a producer, where you have to have a vocalist lending a voice to your sorrows, but the outcome is stunning.

If anyone needs a quick 'wait, who?' for context, his writing/producing credits include major number one Bruno Mars banger Uptown Funk and maybe the only song that anyone will ever listen to from our time in a 100 years, Valerie performed by the late Amy Whinehouse. He also co-wrote a little tune we know in our mind as sha-ha-sha-la-la-la-low but is technically titled Shallow.

In short, Mark Ronson is a musical mammoth.

The vocalists he works with on his latest release include emo-pop queen Camila Cabello, Scandi mood queen Lykke Li, and singer-songwriter extraordinaire King Princess who you may know from the track 1950 that is currently on literally every single Spotify playlist.

And it was with the 19 year old quickly-becming-an-icon King Princess that Mark Ronson decided to try something new. Release a music video entirely as Instagram story for their song, Piece of Us.

We don't think embedding Instagram stories has been invented yet, but if you want to check it out, you'll just have to do it the old fashioned way, by clicking the giant button below.

Mark Ronson is unfortunately not on tour at the moment, but King Princess has over 40 dates booked so far across great venues in the US and Canada and mark my words – if you get her on this tour, you can say you saw her before she was huge.
