The live music industry has spoken, and it will not be defeated or defined by terror.

After the heinous attack on Ariana Grande's concert last week in Manchester, in which 22 attendees got killed, the singer has not remained idle.

Grande has since released a statement where she offered a helping hand to all who suffered. Inspired by the reaction of love and support from the community, she has decided to not let acts of terror divide us, or control us.

"I don't want to go the rest of the year without being able to see and hold and uplift my fans, the same way they continue to uplift me."

She promised to return to Manchester, hold a benefit concert in honour and support of the families who suffer.
